ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants clients access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms around the world. Listing your services on ClassPass will allow you to reach new customers, gain incremental revenue and increase your exposure to clients in your region.

What will I see in Pike13 when a client enrolls via ClassPass?
When a client enrolls in your event through ClassPass, he/she will show up in the roster with all your other clients.
To identify who has enrolled through ClassPass, you can click the gear next to the name in the roster and note what pass has been used to pay for the service. You can also view activity on the event to see if the ClassPass user you created above enrolled the client.
Viewing ClassPass in reporting
You can log into ClassPass to view how many clients have signed up, but if you want to view this activity in your Pike13 reporting, follow these steps:
- Navigate to New Reporting > Clients & Staff > Enrollments Report.
- Click on Details and add a filter for "Paid With" is "ClassPass"
How will my schedule show in ClassPass?
ClassPass’s system automatically refreshes a studio’s schedule every four hours. If you make a change to the schedule and would like it to immediately reflect on ClassPass, you can refresh the ClassPass schedule using the Refresh tool in the Partner Dashboard. Changes should appear within five minutes.
Notifying ClassPass of No Shows
The integration does not notify ClassPass when a user has missed class. You should record all No Shows in the Rosters section of the Partner Dashboard.
Best Practice
Creating a staff member login for ClassPass
To complete the integration, you will need to provide ClassPass with a Pike13 login. We recommend creating a new staff member to provide to ClassPass. The ClassPass staff member should have the role of staff member.
