Changing the end date for Prepaid Plans
- Go to the Client's profile
- Under Plans & Passes, select the prepaid plan if you wish to end.
- In the Duration section, click Set End Date
- Click on the Last day of use box
- Select the new end date
- Choose Save
Changing end date for Recurring Plans
- Go to the Client's profile
- Under Plans & Passes, select the recurring plan if you wish to end.
- In the Duration section, click Set End Date
- Click on the Last day of use box
- Select the new end date
- Selecting an earlier end date
- Invoices due after the new end date will be cancelled and scheduled visits after the new end date will be considered unpaid unless the client has another applicable plan. The end date cannot be backdated before today.
- Selecting a later end date
- Invoice due after the new end date will be reopened and any invoices due after the new end date will be cancelled.
- Selecting Clear to remove an end date
- Invoices that were cancelled will be reopened as if an end date was never set.
- Choose Save
Warning
Last bill does not prorate
Adding or adjusting the end date will NOT prorate the final bill. This must be done manually by clicking on the last bill and adding a discount.
