When you sign in to the Pike13 website of the business that serves you, your dashboard is the first thing you see. In your dashboard, you can see and manage your schedule, your payment options, and all of your personal information. (To see the options on a mobile device, select Your Stuff.)

Important Notices
At the top of your dashboard, all pressing information is listed under Important Notices. Alerts that you need to complete a waiver or make an overdue payment appear here. Address any issue right then and there by selecting the alert.
Plans & Passes
Your dashboard also lists any passes or plans that are available for use. Click on any pass or plan to see more details. To see a full list of your passes and plans, including those that are inactive or upcoming, select Manage Plans & Passes from the side menu.
Bills
See a list of all upcoming scheduled payments.
Upcoming Schedule
See a list of all scheduled classes, appointments and course sessions. If you cannot make an upcoming class or appointment you can click on the scheduled time under Upcoming and choose Cancel Visit.
