Welcome to Pike13! We are excited that you have chosen us as your client management software and are ready to begin creating your studio's site. Our onboarding team’s mission is to help you feel successful and confident with using Pike13. As you are building your site, your onboarding specialist will be available to answer questions you have, make recommendations on configuring Pike13 for your specific business and assist in moving your active clients with their current passes and plans into Pike13.
To maximize your time in onboarding, we have created this series of onboarding videos. Our videos walk through step by step how to set up a business in Pike13. Watching this series in order will show you the basics of setting up your own site. As you build the foundation for your business, you can dive deeper into the software with your onboarding specialist.
In our first video, we will cover what to expect during onboarding and how best to utilize this series of videos. The remaining series we will walk through adding and configuring:

As you build your site, your onboarding specialist will work with you to ensure you have set up
- services that clients will enroll in

- migration of active clients and their plans/passes to Pike13
After your site is set up and clients begin signing in, you will continue to work with your onboarding specialist for a couple of weeks as you move to scheduling and managing clients.
