Q: Will I lose the documents clients signed through DocuSign?
A: No. All of the online documents that you have collected signatures are still housed as PDF's on each person's profile.
Q: Will my clients have to sign another waiver?
A: No. Clients who have already been marked as having a signed waiver will not need to sign a new one.
Q: Will my clients receive emails from Smartwaiver?
A: Yes. Your clients can enter their email address and receive a copy.
Q: Will the waiver be branded as Pike13?
A: No, the Smartwaiver documents will be branded to your business using the logo and contact information entered in Pike13.
Q: What do I need to do for this change?
A: In most cases, nothing! Your current template will migrate over to Smartwaiver automatically. Note: Smartwaiver has their own signature block, so you can remove the signature placeholder in your waiver text.
