When you select “Sign Up” and enter your email, you may encounter a notice indicating that you already have an existing account with a business that uses Pike13. This is a great opportunity to enhance your account by adding the new business to it, allowing you to sign in once and easily switch between both businesses.
However, if you prefer to keep your businesses separate, you can choose to sign up for the second business using a different email address. This will create two distinct accounts within Pike13.
To help you navigate this process, we’ve outlined the steps for adding another business to your current Pike13 account below.
Add another business to your account
- Enter your email and password used for your current business.
- If prompted, complete additional fields required by the new business.
- Once you have completed your profile, click Sign up.
- From here, you may be prompted to sign a waiver.
- After the sign up process is complete for the new business, choose My Account.
- Here you will now see both businesses and you can toggle between them.

Forgot your password
If your password is incorrect, you will need to reset it.
To reset it, select forgot password on the sign in page. Instructions will be emailed to you to reset your password. Once you have set a new password, you will be automatically logged in to your first Pike13 business. Sign out of this business and return to the new business you wish to join.
From here, click Sign in in the upper right hand corner. Enter your email and the new password. Once you have logged in Click Sign Up in the top left hand corner. This will prompt you to complete your profile for the new business. Once you have completed signing up both business will appear in your Pike13 account.
