Creating Gift Cards

After Gift Cards have been enabled for your business and account credit has been configured, you can begin creating gift card by following the steps below.

Create Gift Cards

      1. Click on Settings
      2. Select Gift Cards
      3. Click on New Gift Card
      4. To create a gift card
      5. Upload an image by selecting Choose File
      6. Enter Name 
      7. Minimum and maximum amount

Note

File size

If the images does not meet the minimum required dimensions 300px by 300px, you will not be able to save the gift card. If you wish to remove the uploaded image, you will need to cancel the gift card and create a new one.

Configure Gift Card Settings

        1. Select Settings.
        2. Choose Gift Cards
        3. Select Edit to change who can see gift cards on your Pike13 Website..
        4. Click Update.
        5. Select Edit to configure who can buy a gift card or if only staff can sell it. 
        6. Click Update
        7. Choose Edit  if you wish to  limit how often someone can buy a gift card.
          1. Limits can be set by day, week or month. 
        8. Click Update.

Note

Customer reaches limit

If a customer reaches the purchase limit, they will see the following message.
