For businesses with limited spaces or resources, a waitlist can be a valuable tool to ensure that interested clients always have a chance at getting into a course. Waitlists not only enhance customer satisfaction but also provide a practical solution for businesses seeking to minimize the impact of cancellations and gain deeper insights into the demand for each course time.

Enabling a waitlist on a course
- Select Settings > Services.
- Select the course that you wish to enable the waitlist.
- Select Details.
- Select Edit next to the Waitlist.
- Enable the Waitlist by sliding the button to green.
- Choose whether to have limit the number of clients on the waitlist or keep it unlimited.
- If limited, enter the maximum number of clients on the waitlist.
- Choose whether staff must add clients to the course or if clients will be automatically added.
- If Automatic, determine how many hours before the event someone can be enrolled from the waitlist.
- Click Save.
Adding clients to a waitlist
If the course is fully booked, you will be asked whether you want to enroll or add the client to the waitlist
- Select Schedule.
- Choose the course your client wants to sign up for.
- Select Add Clients.
- If course is full, select to Add to the waitlist.
- Click Next.
- Click on the clients you wish to add to the waitlist.
- Select Finish.
- Choose whether or not you want to notify the client they've been added to the waitlist.
- Click Finish.
Manually enrolling clients from the waitlist
- Select Schedule.
- Choose the course.
- Click on the up arrow icon to the right of the client's name.
- Choose to Move the client from the waitlist to enrolled.
- In order to enroll the client, they will first need to pay the course fee.
- Once they have purchased the course, they will move to enrolled.

Use the Enrollments Report in Reporting to see all of your waitlisted clients by filtering [Status] [is] [Currently on Waitlist]
Automatically enrolling clients as space becomes available
The client at the top of the waitlist will automatically be enrolled if space becomes available. This will only occur if space becomes available before automatic enrollment stops.
To prioritize the waitlist:
- Select Schedule.
- Choose the course.
- Click on the up or down arrows to the left of the client names place them in the correct order for the waitlist.
Removing clients from the waitlist
- Select Schedule.
- Choose the course.
- Click on the gear next to the client and select Remove from Waitlist.
- Choose whether you wish to notify the client.
- Click Finish.
Warning
Enrollment Requirements for a Course Waitlist.
Client will be able to add themselves to a waitlist as long as they have a payment method on file. If they do not have one on file they will need to add one before being added to the waitlist. When they are enrolled in the course, they will automatically be charged the course fee.
