If you have owner or manager permissions in your Pike13 business, you can make changes anytime to the course details.
- At the top of any Pike13 page, tap Settings, and then tap Services.
- On the Services page, tap the course that you want to change.
- On the Courses page, tap the tab you want, find what you want to change, tap Edit, make the changes you want, and then click or tap Save:
- On the Details tab, you can change the course name, capacity, course price, and service category.
On the Registration tab, you can change who can enroll online for the class, the deadline for registering online, the purchase requirement, and contents and sending of emails and notifications to staff and clients about their enrollment.
On the Cancellation tab, you can change the published cancellation policy and email notifications to clients about cancellation.
On the Website Settings tab, you can change who can see the class on your Pike13 website, the course summary, full description, and other details shown on the website.
On the Pay Rates tab, you can change and add pay rates for instructors as well as the tip policy.
