There are three types of customers that interact with your Pike13 site: Visitors, Clients and Members.
- A Visitor is any person viewing your Pike13 site that has not yet created a client profile.
- A Client is any person listed in the Client List of a Pike13 business or with a client profile; a customer or person who uses the services of a Pike13 business.
- A Member is the client of your Pike13 business who has purchased either a plan or a pass that your business defines as qualifying for membership.
This Membership is dictated by those plans/passes that have the question "Are clients who buy this considered members?" answered "Yes." If a Client were to purchase this plan/pass, then they would be considered a Member. With this Member status, you can distinguish between Members and Clients in Analytics & Reporting.
These Members will also have access to any plan/pass with the restriction of "Who can buy this on your Pike13 website?" set to "Only members can buy this."
The other two restrictions are that "Clients and members can buy this" meaning any client (with or without membership) has access to purchase, and "No one, only staff members can sell it" meaning that it is not available online for purchase and you/your staff would have to sell it to your clients/members on the staff end.
