You can learn a lot about your clients as a group by finding out what they look at, what they click, and what they buy on your site—and then adjust your offerings and your website to serve them better.
Google Analytics is a great tool to help with this effort. Use it to track how your clients get to your site (origin or source), how many pages they look at and which ones (page views), and the rate at which they complete activities (the conversion rate). Pike13 defines conversions using three events: sign-up, sign-in, and enrollment. Each of these events can help you learn more about how to better help your clients do what they need to on your website.
Make sure you have a Google Analytics account and property set up so you can find your Google Analytics tracking ID to add to your Pike13 business. To create an account, go to Google Analytics.
Integrate Google Analytics into your Pike13 business
1. At the top of any Pike13 page, tap Apps and Add-Ons
Tap Google Analytics
2. Enter your Google Analytics Account ID.
3. Tap Save
