All plans and passes stamp out in even if they are suspended.
Documents stamp out but must enable Smartwaiver to see them.
If I update my site manager will it update all my location sites?
If you make changes to the site manager after stamping out some locations, only future locations will have the new settings. Prior locations will not be affected by these changes. These sites will need to be updated by hand to the new settings.
How do I add a staff member to the site manager?
Since we don't display a link to the staff member's page in the site manager, you will need to change the URL to expose the staff. The URL looks like https://<subdomain>.pike13.com/staff_members. From this page, you can perform all of the usual staff member changes.
How do I change the primary owner?
We do not display a link to the page. Modify the URL so that it looks like this: https://<subdomain>.pike13.com/desk/settings/primary_owner

Is it possible to run a client report in the site manager and filter on custom fields?
At the moment, there is not a way report on site specific custom fields from the site manager level. This is due to being able to manage your custom fields on each site independently from the site manager, so the fields wouldn't necessarily match.
Do I charge my franchisees for Pike13 in the Site Manager?
Franchises can either have each site pay for their Pike13 subscription or the Franchise can pay for all of their sites Pike13 subscriptions then bill their franchisees separately outside of Pike13.
