Upcoming Roster Enhancement
Starting Monday, December 4th, the following changes will be made to the roster.
Currently, the roster doesn't indicate when an enrolled client doesn't have an applicable plan or pass to pay for the visit until after they are checked-in. This makes it difficult for staff members to recognize potentially unpaid visits and proactively prevent them.
We're changing that. Here's what you can expect:
- When a client is enrolled (pre-check in) without an applicable plan or pass, we will display a red alert icon instead of the green checkmark.
- To address the alert, staff can tap on the red alert icon or the gear icon.
- To ignore the alert and check-in the client as unpaid, tap red alert icon or gear icon, tap confirm client’s unpaid visit.
