By clicking on the Schedule tab your clients can now enroll in both Classes and Appointments offered by your business. Your clients can quickly book Appointments to see private services and to schedule a time. We've also updated the app's interface so that it's easier for you and your clients to use!

Make-up Passes are live within your Pike13.
Issuing a make-up pass is now easier than ever! When a client late cancels or no shows for a class or appointment, a staff member can issue a make-up pass as a token of goodwill. Click here to learn more!
Pike13 now integrates with Facebook.
With the Facebook’s Book Now button, users can view your Pike13 schedule to book classes and appointments directly from your Facebook Page! For more information, click here!
New updates to your clients’ profile pages and enhancements to your roster!
Client Age: Staff can now easily see a client’s age from their profile located just underneath their name.
Upcoming Schedule: If a client has late canceled their enrollment in a service, you can now see that canceled status from a client’s profile under Upcoming Schedule. The instructor’s name has also been added to each service as depicted below.
Account Managers and Peers: A credit card icon has been added next to the account manager’s name to indicate that they have a payment method on file.
A peer is a dependent of the account manager that manages another dependent. For example, mom is the account manager for her son and daughter. The son and daughter are considered peers because they share the same account manager. Common uses include brothers, sisters and family members.
Bulk Enrollment: On the roster tab within the settings of a service, we now display the start and end date of that bulk enrollment. To learn more about bulk enrollment, click here.
