A course is also a group-based service that is scheduled with a specific start date and end time. Clients are required to pay the full enrollment fee in advance and will be automatically enrolled into every event in the series. Clients cannot pay for visits using a plan or pass.
For example, Fitness Challenge is scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7-8am, starting on March 18 and ending on April 12.
Common uses include bootcamps, camps, events, series and workshops.
An appointment is a private service that is scheduled on demand based on staff member availability. Clients can schedule times as needed and pay for visits using a plan or pass. Only staff members can schedule more than one client for the same appointment time with the same staff member.
For example, Private Training is scheduled next Monday at 11am-12pm.
Common uses include one-on-ones, consultations, evaluations, lessons, massages, nutrition consulting, personal trainings and private trainings.
