A class is a group-based service that is ongoing in nature. Clients can schedule times as needed and pay for visits using a plan or pass.
For example, Intro Yoga is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6-7am with no end date.
Common uses include group training, open gym and WOD (workout of the day).
A course is also a group-based service that is scheduled with a specific start and end date. Clients are required to pay the full enrollment fee in advance and will be automatically enrolled into every event in the series.
NOTE: Clients cannot pay for Course visits using a plan or pass. Courses do not allow drop-ins.
For example, Fitness Challenge is scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7-8am, starting on March 18 and ending on April 12.
Common uses include bootcamps, camps, events, series and workshops.
An appointment is a private service that is scheduled on demand based on staff member availability. Clients can schedule times as needed and pay for visits using a plan or pass. Only staff members can schedule more than one client for the same appointment time with the same staff member.
For example, Private Training is scheduled next Monday at 11am-12pm.
Common uses include one-on-ones, consultations, evaluations, lessons, massages, nutrition consulting, and personal training.
